My Shang Hai Trip 28 October to 3 November 2007

1st Day Sunday Night!
Go Changi Airport, Check in, i'm sittin with Swee Ting, Kelly Shi Hui in the plane :D
On the plane, wheee =] 5 hours midnight flight`

Monday
Reached Shanghai! Safely xD
Took Maglev Train, its so fast! Speed is 310km/h can you beat that????!!!!
Off to our dom!!! Its at The university, Song Jiang
Tour around the area, nice nice, :D took many many pictures`~~
Had buffet lunch... Lunch was pretty good with the...... CHEESE CAKE+BROWNIE+ICE CREAM= *_______*
Was treated like a VIP for 3 times :] Cheerleaders, pom poms, many cute little kids,`~
Our "Dom" is so Big!!!!!!!

Welcome Ceremony, sooo cold.... x.x We also exchanged gifts... Got a Star Bottle with Cranes in it =]
Tour around Sangxin school, its a primary school n hello, its so big o.0 Well,many times bigger than our school! Thats for sure! And their school fees about 2000 yuan, hmmmm...
Dinner @ Thames Town
Went out to take pics!!!!!! Wheee`~
Went back to doms, practised our performance "A Whole New World" in Michelle's room.

2nd Day
Morning call, its a man saying morning... uuhhhh.... lolx?
Ate Breakfast
Went to Sang xin, we were split into different groups and the group that i'm in had to Attend Music Lessons
The teacher can play piano!!!! The students are really cute, all took turns to answer, like it would ever happen in singapore, in tpss.... and their chinese is good!!!! Felt a bit ashamed cos they like so discipline....? x.x Hmmm, built pet rocket after that.... errrrrr, i dun realli noe how to built? Then its..... lunch time!
after which we had a Tour around Thames Town! Its Awesome!Touring on a tram is Definitely not somthing to be missed! especially in such a cold weather.... :] Pretty sights There's lots of beautiful gowns and a nice wind`~
and.... back to sang xin! Now its gun powdered rocket building time! This time, we're building it with our shanghai buddy! My buddy is the lao da in the group! so cute!!! hahahax . Then Michelle's buddy is the Captain of the group, the guy who knows everything... :] He so serious when building rocket n even ignored my buddy when he asked him for help... lolx/ Its shootin time! My rocket opened parashoot but went into the canal.... lolx so heart broken siah!!!!!! then dinner time, we went to some ululu place to eat, remind me of the ancient palace in China .... o.o Our tour guide is like so polite!!! woww, lots of good manners.... but dinner's crappy!!!!!!! didnt had the mood to eat due to extreme noise level.... . especially mei zhen's group... lolx. then michelle n her both had to scold them... we then went out to practise.... hehhehehehe =]
then its.... performance time in Sang Xin's theater! The theater is like, hwa chong's SLC one, why so qiao? o.o haahahax, my tour guide's the mc!! :P sang xin performed for us! they were cute n good`!~ and then theres a game where we had to participate....sorry ting n kian wei!!! i sat on kian wei like totally? =x then keep tellin ting very very heavy + pain + etc etc... lolx. recieved a wind chime for it. Mine's a yellow bird... o,o Took photos at the end n back to our doms! they gave us another briefing.... :]

Wednesday
Breakfast then ....... its
Friendly competition time!.... of PET rockets, Si ying n Ummi won! congrats! took more pics n its time to go off!
Went to another park, Lu Zhou Park, it had an adventure park, aircraft carrier! ^____^

There's a Change of Hotel! We're now at Hangtian hotel instead.... :D sleepin with ting, her room's is very BIG.... So COOL! our is the biggest compared to all the other girls`~~~ lalalala :D envy me!! =x
Streamboat dinner, a bit not used to it, but managed to finish a lot of stuff! hahahahx, then Teachers went around tellin people stuff n then SEAN N THE WATERMELON incident happened.... hahahx Went back n we Had Debrief in a reserved room wow, conference room, cool right?`~

Thursday
Breakfast!!!!!! :DDDD Chocolate plus nice food... hahahax =]
Went to the temple, Had free and easy, so we went shop shop shop!!!!!! then a conflict occurred... had no mood for lunch so then we skipped lunch n went shoppin, since the only way to cheer us up is to do things we like, so.... shoppin it is :] brought stuff....
Then Night at the museum! you believe me? XD you know why i said that?? because there's tons of animal models and interesting stuff that you can never find in singapore science centres! Shared ice cream with si ying.... Walls Vanilla Cookies hmmm`~~~~ yummy :] There was a 3D roller coaster ride in the digestive system, really funny..... hahahah =] Then there was ping pong n soccer, some funny scenes, =p

Friday

Breakfast! Modified buffet version of yesterday, went to the Aerospace office, cool! There's this particular model of an aircraft carrier, it looked damm cool! too bad we couldnt take a pic of it....... ;[ but still, :] went off to a historical museum, where theres china's history of coins, paintings n more....... REALLI NICE :D i like the rainbow coin the most!!!!! and their paintings are all so detailed n pretty! if only i could paint like them, wouldnt that b cool. ^_^ And then lunch! Then off to a Urban Planning museum, the model of Shanghai looked real cool!  Then spent lots of time walkin around shoppin centres,..... without gettin anythin. Kinda disappointed... x.x Dinner Time! We girls rock @ yum seng, hahahx =]  last minute  performance.... was ok... i guess? hahah then off to another shoppin centre n walked for two hours without gettin anythin....

then back to hotel.
